Cancellation Policy-
We realize that situations may arise necessitating cancellation and we do sympathize, however we must maintain our business policy due to the limited season and due to our size...... cancellations affect us significantly. We do recommend travel insurance.
An email confirmation of your reservation dates will be forwarded within 48 hrs of your phone reservation or sooner if you book by online booking.
Briarcliffe's Policies
- We will require a credit card to hold the reservation and will place a deposit equal to one night's room rate on the card four weeks prior to your arrival date.
- If you cancel the reservation prior to the deposit being taken then only a admin fee of $35 will be charged
- If you cancel within the 15-30 days of your reservation date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total accommodation costs.
- If your cancel with 14 days or less of your reservation date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total accommodations costs.
