It's an opportunity to meet with other guests and hear a few war stories from Mary and Bill about the restoration of Briarcliffe and some advice on what adventures, views and sites you shouldn't miss while on the Island.
If it is a nice night, which most are, we can sit out on the veranda overlooking Salutation Cove and enjoy the evening breeze, beautiful sunsets and pleasant conversations.

Shades of Winter What about winter, gorgeous snowy landscapes, tip to tip snowmobiling on the Confederation Trail, cross country skiing or snowshoeing on lighted trails through the woods and of course we can't forget Winterlude. Six weeks of fun leading up to Christmas with hot toddy, decorating workshops and lamplit walking tours.
